*C.A.R.E., a joint project of Spelman College and Carnegie Mellon University, promotes Computer and Robotics Education for African-American students.

Instructors:

 David S. Touretzky is Research Professor of Computer Science and co-director of the graduate training program of the Center for the Neural Basis of Cognition at Carnegie Mellon University, where he heads the Tekkotsu project.  
Andrew B. Williams is Assistant Professor of Computer and Information Sciences at Spelman College, and advisor to the Spelbots robosoccer team, featured on CNN and CBS News.
