Dear Mr. Dornenberg,

I'm about to cut a purchase order for the 150 t-shirts we discussed.
This order is for the Center for the Neural Basis of Cognition at CMU.
Besides me, the other contact person for this order is Bridget
Johnson-Heckbert (242-5884; she did the artwork.)

Before submitting the purchase order, I want to verify the terms and
prices, so that I can make sure the dollar amount of the P.O. is
correct.

1. We are going to supply you with films, right-reading, emulsion up.
They will be delivered directly to you from Eagle Typography.  These
films are to be returned to us when you deliver the shirts.

2. Costs:

  150 Hanes Beefy-Ts, 100% cotton, sizes M, L, XL
    front:  4 color process plus 1 spot color
    back:   2 color spot
    cost:  $7.40 per shirt				1110.00

  7 screens at $25/each					 175.00

  PMS matching of 3 colors at $35/each			 105.00

  Total							1390.00

  There will be no sales tax on this order.

  We will want a few shirts in size XXL.  I understand that we
  will need to pay an upcharge of $1.50/shirt for XXL.  I will
  forward information on how many shirts of each size we want
  in a few days.

3. Due to our use of a CMU trademark on this shirt, you need to
contact Jay Marano of the CMU trademark licensing office.  I have
already discussed this project with him, but he still needs to talk to
you.  You can reach him at 268-3904.

4. Shirts are to be delivered, within 2 weeks, to:
