Learning-Algorithm Descriptors

An experiment in making the description of learning algorithms a first-class object in Autonomous Machine Learning.

Eventually we hope that lad will replace the GMBL2 interface to our memory-based learning software (AMBL) while permitting wider classes of (a) learning algorithms (b) preprocessors (c) dataformats and (d) outlier removers (e) mixtures-of-experts to be included in the system.
