DETAILS: ASKING OTHER QUESTIONS OF THE
LEARNING ALGORITHM

For future expansion. "detail" is similar to
the GMBL "answer" data structure, and
specifies extra information we may wish to
ask the learner regarding gradients,
confidence intervals, confusion matrices and
more. Ignore this until the "detail" module
is defined.

This function will become increasingly
important, (it may become one of the SPR
competitive advantages: "We don't just
predict, we give all kinds of other
information needed for decision making") but
will not be included in any initial learners.
