To run ea, following files should be in a directory, 
which is available through the PATH variable:

default.ea
ea
eares
nea
results.scr
splitb
splitc
stat
stat_time
sumatrix
titles.scr
valdata

Following files should be in the BIN_DIR directory, which has to be specified 
in the default.ea file like this:
BIN_DIR = ...
