The College of Cour d'Or
Welcome to the College of Cour d'Or home page!
Cour d'Or is a College located in the heart of the Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands, within the Kingdom of Æthelmearc of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA).
About the College
Cour d'Or was founded at Carnegie Mellon
University, but has since spread out to include the
University of Pittsburgh and several other
schools in the city. Cour d'Or is now comprised of students, faculty, staff,
and alumni of the colleges and universities of Pittsburgh. Cour d'Or is
unusual in that it is not located at one university, nor is it all alone in
the known world, as it is geographically contiguous with the Debatable Lands,
and many Barony activities take place in Cour d'Or... so defining who is Cour
d'Orian is, well, tricky enough that we have stopped bothering to do so.
Anyone is welcome to join in the fun!
