Chris Maeda is founder and CEO of Brick Street Software, a vendor of enterprise marketing software. Chris has spent over a decade in the software industry in senior executive roles in engineering and technology. He was EVP and CTO for KANA Software and Broadbase Software; and co-founder, VP, and CTO for Rubric Software.

Chris received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 1997 from Carnegie Mellon University working in software architecture for operating systems. He also holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from MIT. While in school, he earned money by working at research labs, such as the MIT AI Lab, Microelectronics and Computer Technology Corporation, and Xerox PARC.

Chris also serves as co-chair of the SCS Alumni Advisory Board.
