There are many ways you can make
a gift to the School of Computer Science.

Under Designation you can choose
School of Computer
Science from the drop-down menu.
A Gift of the Greatest Value, No Matter How
it’s Given
- Cash, like any gift to Carnegie Mellon, can be designated
to a purpose that you decide. Your gift can also be unrestricted,
which allows the university to allocate funding wherever it is
needed the most. Make your gift
online today.
- Gifts of securities can be used to make a variety of gifts,
including a life income plan that generates income to you or your
beneficiary over a lifetime or a period of years. These plans
are part gift to the university and part income stream to you,
the donor. They also provide a partial charitable tax deduction
in the year of the gift. Please download “Making
a Stock Gift” (PDF document) and follow the instructions
on the form.
- Carnegie Mellon’s gift planning office can provide you
with sample bequest language that has helped many alumni and friends
remember the university in their wills. For more information about
estate planning, visit the planned
giving website.
- Many companies match or exceed charitable contributions made
by their employees. To see if you are eligible for a matching
gift, please contact your benefits or human resources department
or view the list
of participating companies.
- Payroll deduction (for Carnegie Mellon faculty and staff only)
is an easy way to make your gift in manageable monthly payments.
Please download and follow the instructions on the "Payroll Deduction" form (PDF document).
