On the contrary. Even Jespersen himself abandoned it, from what I can tell.
So Novial _was_ a failure. But I think it's good enough that it deserves a
second chance. Its failure was because of lack of publicity, not inherent
inferiority.

Anyone with half an open mind can see that Novial is far easier than Esperanto,
more esthetically pleasing, and a thousand-fold more suited to the purpose
than Esperanto.

So let's just inter Esperanto, and start anew.
