In a previous article, elna@netcom.com (Esperanto League N America) says:

Lack of awareness can be a problem. Many people are *not aware* that
Esperanto has a significant *original* literature, as well as a Bible
translation of its own (actually more than one version, yet!). As for
me, being an Esperanto-speaker and not an Interlinguaist, *I* was unaware
that *Interlingua* had (howsoever out-of-print) a Bible translation. Can
anyone supply any bibliographical data (ISBN, publisher, full title,
etc.) that might enable me to locate it by InterLibrary Loan?

How about original fiction or poetry? Has Interlingua anything to
compare to Mihhalski's *Ajno* or Auld's _La infana raso_, or to Baghy's
Siberian novels? How about something along the lines (which is to say
along the borders between originality and translation) of Kalocsay's
_Ezopa sagxo_? I'm not asking to mock the paucity of Interlingua's
literary produce, but out of genuine interest and genuine lack of awareness.
