That should be `yelling at the top of his lungs'.

Thanks to Scott Horne for pointing it out to me, and apologies to the
Queen's English.  Those of you who know me as a writer who seldom gets
his prepositions and articles wrong will be able to imagine how shocked
and horrified I must have felt to see RN's pathetic little thing being
recommended to the wide world.

The message is still true, though.  :-)
