I have left out the rest of this debate. I am afraid that Joseph Boyle is
wasting his breath trying to argue rationally with the likes of Rick Savage.
Mr. Savage is well-known on many of the religion newsgroups, where
he has been posting blatantly anti-Semitic crackpot pseudo-theology. It turns
out he belongs to one of the neo-nazi white-supremacist groups called
"Identity Christianity" and has called Jews names such as "spawn of Satan."

Fanatics such as Savage are best ignored, as such people will never be
convinced by calm debate. They will only continue hurling vomit everywhere.
