I've posted this person the list of recognisers from the FAQ. This question
pops up time and again, and a list is maintained in the frequently asked
questions list (FAQ).

Please read the FAQ first before posting 'I haven't a clue, please help me'
articles, as you will undoubtedly find some useful pointers. You might then
be able to contribute and the SNR of this group may well rise.
