For the PC, the three commercially available speech recognition programs 
which support dictation are:

DragonDictate for Windows
IBM VoiceType Dictation
Kurzweil Voice for Windows

The technology of all three is similar although each has its own strength 
and weaknesses.  The addresses for IBM and Kurzweil have already been
