Mei-Tien:
I do think that ICSS is the best speech reco system on the market (maybe
I'm biased) but not necessarily for foreign languages.  Remember that
ICSS is built for US English.  We are able to simulate foreign 
language recognition using the English language models and the tip that
I described in my previous note.
