I had received quite a few notes asking about ICSS, so this note is meant to answer
all notes at once!

ICSS is available for OS/2 2.x, Windows 3.1, and AIX 3.x.

It requires a 486DX machine and a sound card that is supported by the operating system (16-bit
sound cards are better).

The Windows version requires an 8 MB RAM Windows machine.  The OS/2 and AIX versions require
16 MB RAM machines.

ICSS is a speaker-independent, continuous speech recognition system.  The Developer's Toolkit
lets users write speech-enabled applications using the C API function calls.
