I would appreciate if someone can give me a good reference
on investigations of the maximum fluctuations that have been
seen on the envelopes of speech partials. I remember reading
somewhere that the max. fluctuations on the envelope of a speech
harmonic (partial) is usually less than 50 Hz; it is typically
about 30 Hz or less. I have, unfortuntely, misplaced that
reference.

If you can suggest a reference that discusses this it will
be very helpful.

Thanks in advance!

ramli.
