I would like to use an old C-64 keyboard for some projects but have been
unable to find a chip which will encode the keyboard... I assume
the CIA chip was unsed for this purpose, but I have no docs
on how the CIA ship works. I could program the logic into an eprom,
but that would be too much work for something so trivial and
uninteresting...

Does anyone have specs on the CIA chip from a C-64 or have
an appropriate encoder??
