Subject: Is 2K EEPROM Adequate for other than assembly language?

As a rank newbie in this area, I'm considering the purchase of either
the miniboard or the botboard - either of which has only 2K of eeprom.

I'm concerned about whether 2K is adequate to control a lego-like
vehicle using anything other than assembly language. The rug-warrior
board used in 'Mobile Robots' was designed to use an external 32K
battery-backed-up RAM and thus could be programmed in Interactive C
(from MIT).

I'd appreciate comments.

Thanks in advance.

Wes
