You will have little trouble using the Keil/Franklin C compiler on these 
processors. You could even do floating point. Naturally you may have to 
take care with storage requirements as you only have 64 bytes ram (and 
that includes the cpu register set!)

To give you some confidence my company has a number of products including 
751 processors with code written in C using this compiler.
