At last found the data sheet in one of the strata of the paper
jungle that inhabits my desk.

from the manufacturers info.

		   Power <150mW
		   2 lux operation at f1.2
		   auto black level calibration
		   auto gain to 10dB
	           auto exposure control range 40,000:1

I have a full set of data sheets but not the time to type them all
in, I will try to find out how you might get hold of them if any one wishs it

However please note that I am not always able to pick up my "net"
stuff daily so do not worry if there is some delay.
