As I recall, and I no longer have the assembly instructions for the FM-10,
the FM-10's notes said specifically that you couldn't use it for two-way
communication.  Some FCC regulation that covers two-way transmissions.

So if you care about violating FCC regs, you should read the notes
carefully.
