Not after three months. I lost $24 to Radio Shlock because I gave
them too long to straighten up an error they made with my credit card.
They had a new cashier. She ran my card thru the system. It didn't
spit out what she expected. She ran it thru again. She then asked
around and determined that she had charged me twice. She ran a
refund thru the same system. Next month both charges showed up on
  my bill, but no refund.

I waited another month because I figured refunds might take longer.
Nothing. I visited Radio Sh*t and talked to the manager. She FAXed
copies of my credit card bills and my receipts to corporate. They
did nothing. I called my credit card bank. They said they would do
nothing since I had not withheld payment in the same month as the
  original bill.

Bottom line: I will never buy anything from Radio Sham again. I got
  another credit card company.
