Has anybody had any experience (good or bad) with U.S. Cyberlab?

I ordered a small CNC 'router' kit from them about 7 months ago and
have received a partial shipment (about 3 or 4 months ago). I haven't
been able to get much info from them on when (or if)the rest of the
order will ship. It's also very hard to get in touch with them.

They used to advertise quite a bit in ComputerCraft, but in the last
issue I got, their ads seem to be missing...

I don't know the company, but you could check with the Better Business Bureau
of the area they operate in to see if there have been other complaints. You
might also contact ComputerCraft. They might be interested/willing to follow
up complaints. (For instance, PC World started a column for this kind of
thing a year(?) ago.) If you paid by credit card you might be able to get a
refund from the card company since the vendor isn't fulfilling their end of
the contract.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Mike
