Well, I'm willing to cut him some slack, but five months has passed for me and
I have gotten email from others who have reported sending Mr. Ratcliffe their
money last Spring and not gotten anything yet. And there were others with long
delays. I didn't order from Digikey because I wanted the advertised assembled
and tested equipment. I think the long delays would have merited at least a
communication from Mr. Ratcliffe explaining the problem. I never even got an
acknowledgement of receipt of my money. I think it is fine that to provide a
public service, but there should be a certain minimum level of responsibility
that goes even with public services.
