In the spirit of "teach a man to fish..."

(1) The news.answers group has (or should have) all FAQs.  (Due to storage
constraints your site may have already 'lost' the latest c.r FAQ, of course.)

(2) Use archie to find the FAQ.  Or use xarchie.  Or use M-x archie in emacs.
(If you don't know archie, it searches directories of known anonymous ftp
hosts for files matching your search term.  If your site doesn't have it, you
can find archie at a number of sites, including nic.sura.net (see
/pub/archie).)
