Texas Instruments TIP 30 and TIP 40 series of power transistors are in this
ballpark; check the TI Power Devices databook. TI Customer Response Center
is 800-336-5236 or 214-995-6611.

International Rectifier makes a line of power MOSFETs that are specifically
designed to be controlled from 5V logic; check the HEXFET databook. Both
P- and N-channel devices are available, so you don't need a high-side
level shifter.
