No you don't. I am the author and I don't even have the finalized version (it
was done thru FAXes) online ;-)

What you may have is a copy of the C library itself. Speaking of which, watch
this space for availability of BRET (*) (Behavior-based Robot ExecuTive) for
beta testing soon (requirements: must have a ANSI C compiler and a '11 board).

(*) BRET is a multitasking kernel implementing much of the subsumption
architecture semantic.
