Dear SS, (stuper stud)
This should help a little bit. Here's a drawing (Sort of)

                            FUSE
       +------------------========---------------------------------+
       | ^ ^ |
   B + | | | |
   A - | | L
   T --- |Area#1 |Area#2 O
   T - | | A
   E --- | | D
   R - | | | |
   Y | v v |
       +-----------------------------------------------------------+

If you connect a wire accross area#1 the battery will go dead but the fuse
will not blow. If the battery has enough current capacity you may be able
to get the wires to burn.

If you connect a wire accross area#2 the fuse will blow.

Try disconnecting the battery wire from the power supply board. If the fuse
doesn't blow then it's something in the power supply or after the supply.

Then disconnect everything from the power supply board EXCEPT the connecctions
to the battery. If the fuse doesn't blow then the problem is with something
connected to the supply. Try connecting them one at a time until the fuse blows.
If the fuse blows when nothing is connected to the power supply then it's the
supply's fault.

                         Good luck,
                             -Alan Kilian
