Here is the bibliography from a paper of mine. It isn't complete (the 
Daimler Benz VITA system is missing from it, for instance) and may not 
include the most recent results (it references an older paper on Dean
Pomerleau's ALVINN system rather than his thesis, for instance), but 
it covers most of the systems I'm familiar with.
