I've been thinking and wondering if some one somewhere would think and
attempt to develope a system or language that would utilize vastresources
already on the Internet and would be put there, toallow 'intelligent
learning' for most of the population that'sconnected to the Internet in
the world, what a great thing it would befor all mankind! (forget about
search engines for the time being, they help,
but can we expect more?)

Now, leave the philosophy behind, the schema might be:

INPUT --
Internet user's request or input: "My goal is to become a top
Webdeveloper. My educational background was business, not computer science
or information management, but I've been learning and doing computer work
includingbusinessapplication support, networking, internet/Web and
playing relatively well with some scripting language in the past four to
five years; and I believe I'm a decent personwho appreciates help, and
reciprocate whenever possible. Please advisebest approachesto reach that
goal (at least cost and in shortest time)".

--> PROCESS
The system with 'the power language something' takes the input, andcheck
agaistthe vast resources on the Internet and other permissible or free
resources, produce initial results in the background, further
'datamiming' or 'streamlining' them, then generates recommendation.

--> OUTPUT -- send it the requester (does not have to be
interactive,could be via emailsomething).

What do you think of the concept?
