I like _A Guided Tour of Computer Vision_ by Vishvjit S. Nalwa, which
covers all the topics you mention with good explanations.  It's not
densely packed with mathematical equations (but there are some), so it's
good way to get an overview of the field.  It's published by
Addison-Wesley, and the ISBN is 1-201-54853-4.
