True. Neural processes are NOT "well known". But, it is within the realm of 
hypothesisizing and hypothesis testing.  
(I believe a computational frame work (model) for building an artificial 
   brain can be laid out.  The question becomes, is the complexity of the
   finished project, in fact, computable?

Only to maintain a common framework of discourse.  ( Perhaps I should
have substituted a <unknown_variable> for the NO radical to abstract this
a bit...?  Sorry.)

Ha Ha ...I agree completely!  As scientists, no matter the chosen field, 
we base our lives on this.  I have no desire to be an engineer in a 
well-known universe.
