Get yourself an Apple Powerbook 540c with 36 Meg of RAM and 340 Meg
internal hard disk. While your at it, get MachTen from Tenon systems (a
unix Mach environment for Macs). This will give you Mac and unix compatibility,
access to state-of-the-art GUI and development environments, the ability to
download, modify, and explore X-windows, lisp, all that stuff, all the AI code
freely available on the net, in an elegant and hassle-free package. If anyone
tells you that you must be compatible with Win-Dos shoot them - this will both
improve the gene-pool and advance AI.
