Hello anybody !

I am very interested in getting informations on the field of
the Turing-Test. Any information especially on the following topics are
more than welcome :

* what programs, tools, knowledge bases do there exist
concerning that problem and who are their authors ?
* who is involved in the reseach in this field and can give
me details about what has been reached so far and where the
  problems arise ?
* is there any information available on INTERNET or on WWW,
where else can I get informations (societies, papers, congresses) ?
* do people actually meet to test their programs,
where does this take place ?

Thanks a lot in advance, Thorsten.
