How about this Mr. Freenet:

- Read the FAQ's for these groups!! That's why they are called FAQ's
(You know.....Frequently Asked Questions......yes ? You have heard
   of these things ?)

- Pose relevant questions to relevant groups. (Don't be so lazy)
(People on these groups are very careful to distinguish between
LIFE and INTELLIGENCE . You would know this if you had read the
FAQ's BEFORE posting to the newsgroup )

- Sign out some books (Some good ones are mentioned in the FAQ's)

- Please tell us who/what this talk is for. High School project (Like
we're not already sick to death of these), university seminar, adult
education class, Ministry of Industry and Technology Seminar .......
  (Or perhaps a commercial audience)

- This is a discussion group. Do you wish to DISCUSS something ? You
seem to have opinions about some of your questions. Care to elaborate ?

- Are you offering to make the results of this study of yours available
to everyone in a neat format ? Is our time really worth that much
  less than yours .
