That was beautifully done, Molly.  Kudos.  My own definition would
run to more like:

He who knows.

If you are wise, then no external marker applies.  It doesn't
translate, and therefore is difficult to say, but that's about
as concise as it gets.  Your own definition is startlingly close,
because a wise person knows what they don't know, so your
"...knows that there is more..." is certainly correct.  I find
this deep-seated need to believe that you yourself are a wise
person.  Be welcome and happy.  I salute you. (virtual deep bow).
