IQ tests only determine analytical skills and deductive reasoning
ability. They cannot measure creativity. Thomas Edison, one of the most
prolific inventors, may not have fared much better than the average
man in terms of "IQ". Also, IQ tests do not determine marketing or
social skills that seem to be more important than analytical skills
for success in life. A physics professor at a reputed university may
not necessarily be enjoying a better quality of life than a used car dealer
down the street.
