Not at all.  My point was that we 'see' a data stream produced by what's out 
there.  The correspondence is completely expected: but it's NOT reliable - 
lots of people 'see' flying saucers.  Are they really there?  I don't think 
so, but I do think some of these people really do 'see' them.  They're not 
just making it up.
Similarly, you and I may agree that a certain car is coloured "red".
But do we necessarily 'see' the same thing internally?  (untestable)
