I am against. NI can fail, but this is not a good example. This behaviour
exibits the highest intelligence level.
	The constraint is self-preservation and sense of priority, which AI
so far cannot exibit because it does not have sufficient input and the constraint cannot be reprogrammed. NI can reprogram its reasonings(constraints).
	I am a strict Muslim but to study the Rushdie case would take too
much bandwidth but Mark had explained a little.
