 that MZ has proved an anti-cogito and left us confined within a domain
 populated only by refutation and soupcons.  "Noumenal perception of
 the universals" conjures up some kind of spiritualism .  If everything
 that MZ maintains is .true. , what discursive and/or analytical path
 is left vis a vis "thought, consciousness, and reference"?  Is there
 only exegesis and transcendental mimesis, then?
