Neural Networks, A Comprehensive Foundation is a very good book but kind
of hard to read. It covers almost all the current top ground research
area of neural networks especially the Modular Networks.

In my opinion, Modular Network will the the next generation nueral networks
because it is much more accurate and can learn discontinuity function better.
A hot research ground!!
