Dear All,

I currently conduct research in the area of sense disambiguation
of Chinese full text using a standard dictionary and thesaurus.
In order to test the algorithm, I need to have an on-line machine
readable Chinese dictionary and thesaurus. Unfortunately, there is none
in Hong Kong and we also failed to find any eleswhere.
Does anybody have any idea where I could get them free or charged?

At the moment, I am using the paper copies of "tong(1) yi(4) ci(1)
ci(1) lin(2)" and "xian(4) dai(4) han(4) yu(2) ci(1) dian(2)" and,
therefore, it would be the best if the eletronic dictionary and
thesaurus are the same.

Hope you can provide us with some pointers.

Regards,
Franklin Lam
