Hello all,

I could write my GA to be either steady state or not.

ie. a generation consists of creating a pair of offspring, and
seeing how they fit into the population,
or
killing off the bottom 2/3 of my population, and re-creating it
    based on the survivors.

Can anyone suggest which is the better, or perhaps references to
the debate, if it exists?

Many thanks,

Chris Goodwin
