I'd love to but at the moment this would be a lot of work. John Ousterhout
of Sun, who developed Tcl/Tk in which the graphics part of OpenCiv was
programmed, is porting Tcl/Tk to Windows. I intend to have a look at porting
as soon as that port is usable (probably within two months).
