But wasn't it deserved?  You're telling me that you just let
these OODB people run off without any checking of what they
building?  Aacck!  One thing I'm sure we can agree on:
dependencies between domains must be managed and controlled
because they are the most dangerous if we get them wrong.

I would suggest that we need tools other than incremental
delivery to ensure that this situation does happen.
