I don't think that this is such a good idea. As a programmer who is
learning about smalltalk and its culture I am interested in technical
issues, historical debates etc.; but, lets be realistic, I also want to
earn a living. Since smalltalk is not a mainstream career choice, in
the way that c++ is, I find it motivating to see some job adverts. I
like to pick up on what employers want smalltalk programmers to do and
what level of experience they require. I think that I would be less
likely to look at a specific employment group until the day came that I
wanted to change jobs. And then I would regret not having absorbed this
aspect of the smalltalk culture over time. People with more experience
might disagree, though.
