What you want is probably the WIN32 Help and/or Include files;
these can be found in, for example, MSVC++ 2.0,2.1,2.2,4.0 etc...
or the Win32SDK, or any 3rd party 32 bit compiler....

Note that there are additional "Win95 API's" like ODBC or WinG --
some of these are in the Win32SDK or the MSVC, and the more
obscure ones would require a subscription to MSDN to get the
Help and/or #include files....
