PowerBuilder supports all the big RDBMS's features (mostly).

Yes, PowerBuilder is as Object-oriented as you want it to be.
OID's have nothing to do with object-orientation.

I suggest that you educate yourself about both products, and
base your arguments on the needs of both the project and 
the company paying for your time, instead of trying to find
ways to get one product to win over the other.

Start with comp.soft-sys.powerbuilder
