I also had a lot of trouble starting a subscription.

Calling the Customer Service number, 215.785.5996, puts you in touch with 
people who could not care less about your subscription -- and seem to be anoyed
that you even called.

Calling the New York number, 212.242.7447, gets you professional service.

Although I should reserve my praise until I get my March issue.  At least they
were polite.
